Centra Capital Partners Opens the Waterfront Village Community Development to Accredited Investors
The project is projecting a 19.6% IRR and 8% preferred return

A new investment opportunity with Centra Capital Partners opened this month to accredited investors interested in diversifying their portfolio through promising real estate projects. Waterfront Village is a ground-up community development in the heart of the city of Ramsey, MN. The area is home to 14 Fortune 500 companies, and the Metropolitan Council is forecasting an increase of 657,000 residents to the region by the year 2050.
